We comply with all applicable HIPAA and DOT regulations, and follow proper chain-of-custody procedures for all collections, including legal DNA testing and drug/alcohol screenings.
Your test results will only be shared with you or the authorized agency/employer listed at the time of service, and we do not release information to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Third-Party Services
Some of our testing services are performed in partnership with accredited laboratories (e.g., Universal Forensics). These labs are independently responsible for their own privacy and data security practices. We only work with labs that meet industry compliance standards (e.g., AABB, SAMHSA, CLIA).
